The prior post was just about that town hall. The issues in this team go way beyond a useless town hall. Share your stories of bullying and dysfunction. We just lost the best engineering guy the company had. The story we heard was he got sick of the micromanagement and cost-cutting by leadership. Pulled his parachute. Vendors run us over and we can't do anything we need to. Thanks Mr. Reed for nothing.

@d2 sure Eric. Whatever you say
@jr idk who tf is Eric Reed.
He s an ok guy. Let's move on. Others have more issues in IT.
Funny thread, although it makes sense why in JDs team we are trying to prevent any dependencies on the ER org by building it all ourselves. Between Claude and aws we avoid a lot of the annoying groups minus having to get our managers to push through the cloud guys who think they are the shizz.
I don't know this team but if they do the desktop support it s@cks. We can't get any work done in business. This team is useless. Whoever Eric is have him come try to do real work. Your desktops keeping going down. Call in for help ....can't understand you.
Most polished? LOL.
Eric's wingman strikes again.
Tell that to my family now that I am still hunting for a job.
He whacked us and blamed Noelle.
Eric's entire org is probably most well polished organization in IT. Still has absolute great talent org wide. It just su-ks the belt is getting tight and they fired a bunch of very good people or they "retired". Opportunity is there to have things run more efficiently. The biggest threat to the org is h1b and offshoring which under DP is more of a threat.
This team.does the desktops and networks. Rock star network engineering guy left. We all knew him and liked him. That's the one talked about in the note. Our team thinks he just gave it up. Got sick of getting sh×t on.
Which team
