Thread regarding Cigna layoffs

How many layoffs did we have in the last 12 months?

I can think of three rounds that consisted of more than just a few people. Am I missing anything?

@tn The total number of layoffs was 14,000, but since they hired 4,000 in HIH they net only went down by 10,000 employees.

I've been keeping track. About 10,000 net (~14%) since the beginning of 2025. Factoring in the new HIH hires which offset the losses it's around 14,000 (20%).

You’re missing the drive to 30%. That’s the new goal.
