How hard have medical case managers been hit?

@gr so sorry to hear.
As behavioral cms we got notified by director s that nobody would be laid off since they decided to sit on 25 roles that are approved for hiring. So none in our area but we’re doing the twice the work, got terrible raises and the management is awful, nobody seems to know what’s going on ever people randomly disappear and if you dare speak up about anything they’ll fire you within weeks. I’ve got applications out everywhere, hard to imagine anything could be worse than this I’m willing to take a pay cut just to get out from under these witches.
