This is funny because the people you deal with for US employees are located in India and they will not transfer you to anyone in the US.

@OP The telephone number for the Employee Service Center for employees within the US is 800-551-3539 and 312-479-9570 for employees outside the US. They are available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET. Hope this helps.
