Voluntary severance with RTO and unemployment
I am getting some unclear information on whether one can get unemployment if taking this severance. A lot of policies for unemployment state that if one voluntarily leaves, they may be ineligible for unemployment.
Do SVP and above get a voluntary severance option?
I only see the severance package being offered to VPs and below. Is there any sort of similar options for SVPs and above? Or would they have to leave without a package if the RTO doesn't work for them? Just curious.
