The first 18 years, working as part of VUE, were great. I was valued, respected, and my contributions meant something. The along comes Omar, and VUE largely gets absorbed into corporate, the Azure migration occurred, and the culture changed... — read more
I hate this place - each passing day it just gets worse
Hate this leadership and hate how even your own leaders are su-king up to them just to save themselves instead of protecting their team
How many of these would you say we are hitting after the TH?

Core Rep Expectations HE US
found this thread and curious to know more about expectations of a core rep in HE US. Didn’t know company was this bad. Don’t honeymoon, what is going on?
Why do you keep following town halls?
They have been completely useless for years now. Try to remember the last time we learned something useful from a town hall. I can't and I doubt anybody else can. Just ignore them. They're nothing but a waste of time.
This place has zero culture and zero leadership
They keep proving this every single day.
AI, AI, AI Town Hall Yawn

Is your role being impacted by the new offshore shift?

I'm new to this site. I feel like i havent seen many comments from people in PVS under Tom Ap Simon. He was 100% in charge when I came on in 2020. In 2022, they hired a lady to take over PVS so Tom could focus on higher education. This lady was way... — read more

Bonus check after layoff...
I was laid off back in January. Last year, I got my bonus check around the 3rd week of March. Is that a reasonable expectation after getting laid off?
Compensation/bonus, disappointing but unsurprised
Got my compensation letter today. I didn't expect anything great, but a 2% increase is disappointing; it doesn't even cover inflation. And the bonus has dropped so much from previous years, it gives you no motivation to go out of your way and 'exceed... — read more

At this point everything they do is just laughable. They have budget to expand the leadership team but no funds for the people actually doing the operation work. We now have a ‘growth officer’, what’s next, a Head of extra growth?
