For all folks who are waiting on 2/19, just wanted to let you know that I and another person from my small 15 people group got laid off today.

I don't know why, but this time I'm more anxious than usual. I guess this constant fear of losing my job is finally getting to me in new and awful ways.

NO bonuses this year. 2026 will be worse than 2025. Layoffs are going from quarterly to now every other month. This part has not been confirmed, but rumor is that Optum is going away and only UHC will remain.

Anyone know if 3s are getting any sort of raise this year? My coworkers got a 4 and she only got 1%.

My boss scheduled a 30 minute meeting with my direct report tomorrow at 5. What could it be? Are they being laid off? Am I? My performance review is on next week, , could they just be getting their perspective on me? This is making me so nervous!

What are the other Optum / UHG layoff boards that are legit and have activity or is this the only one?

Are they just going to keep slashing our benefits bit by bit until people get fed up and quit? It's a cost-effective way to reduce staff without the bad press of mass layoffs. It feels calculated and cruel.

Is it unusual that the reviews were delayed by a week the day before they were scheduled to be released? We weren’t given any explanation for the change.
