@ae they will eventually get to a point where they have offshored so much they can shut down Healthcare Lane buildings and move UHC/UHG to the Optum HQ that looks like a prison with all the gates and fences
The only ones making a profit are the c-suite parasites with their million dollar salaries.
My husband said his connection to corp said that April 30 will be a huge RIF and WellMed will be down to bare bones. Sad how much they spent on the corp building only to have them failing like they are. We can only hope that those who survive will be able to make things better and the company will be able to come back stronger.
Many who work with my husband said they are looking for a new job. So what happens when they lay all these people off then many who are left end up leaving? That’s a bad spot to be in for them.
I hope all who read this are looking for a new job and preparing for what could be. It’s scary with this economy and all the world events too.
