All bah who feel they are being discriminated against for any reason whether it be wfh status, recognition, merit, promotion etc all because of that forced status need to turn this place in to your states EEOC equal opportunity employment commission

Some lose their livelihoods for others to make billions
How's this okay? Why is it so accepted that employees are disposable, like we're automatons and not actual people with families and feelings? I know many will say "it's just business," but how does that make it better? I'm just so tired of this sh-t. Retirement can't come soon enough.
Underpaid, overworked, unappreciated
Feeling so disheartened and disappointed.
This firm truly prefers teacher's pets and individuals who are less deserving when giving recognition, appraisal, raise or bonus.
I have slogged my a$$ and all of my manager downplays everything I did, undermining my contribution.
Is management aware of a select few engineers that actually deliver meaningful results here?
Sometimes these engineers won't talk that much or only talk when a discussion is actually meaningful. Sometimes what they say won't matter anyways so they simply focus on implementation and development work.
They are among the few who deliver solid results.
Is management aware of this phenomena?
