Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Purpose to Poor Performance Awards!

Every single winner of this award has derailed their team project in one way or another. They don't have knowledge or skills and don't know what they are doing. I've never met one that's inteIIigent. They just know how to fake their way through the work day. And Truist never questions who really does the work behind the scenes. I would be ashamed to get this award.

You did not win. DEI is gone and you still failed. Now you blame others.

It is frustrating to deal with leaders who don't even understand the departments they manage. It's like talking to a wall and the gas lighting is insane.

We have leadership who do not want to take accountability and pride themselves in "faking it to make it" at the expense of their subordinates.

This post is so true. Everyone with intelligence is deflated, disconnected, discredited and discouraged. The people who are d-mbed down and do as they’re told or d-mbed down and rally for purple, get sent. It’s all politics remember the process they use and the decision makers, it’s all political.

This is the new way of Truist. The id-iots get rewarded, the smart ones get punished.
