He won a Global Orbie award and got let go, that tells you the award isn’t taken seriously.

Last time I was on this page @11z positive #’s were in the 20’s. Weird how they #’s that don’t favor AP magically go down on this site 🤔

Refreshing your screen to vote yourself up is a little lame AP

@dh Nah, nothing rational or logical about the man. He went around bullying teams to use apps/processes that a 5 year old could vibe code and called it innovation. The last 4 years have been a standstill, looking forward to actually getting something meaningful done for a change.

AP was better suited for business, his technical skills weren’t quite as good as some of the business leaders.

@e6 4 years and his big idea was to move applications from one cloud to another without allowing any improvements. A leader of shell games, I doubt there will be much of an impact as he changed nothing.

A Patel was a great leader. Sad to see him go. Wish he finds something great in his career

@dh that’s exactly why he is gone. Seems to be a trend in all areas over the last few years. They want yea men who treat their staff like garbage.

A Patel was a good one, losing him is not good for Elevance, he was one of the good leaders in our organization, was rational, logical and had his team's back. Would love to see what the new regime does, so far all I see is big talks, lack of decision making and things have come to a standstill. Give me even one example of any of things any of these new leaders have done. Many of them now have been in the jobs for last several months.
