Everyone know FISERV CIO has initiative to move all jobs to INDIA.

The company is on a DOWNWARD SPIRAL for a LONG TIME.

It does not INNOVATE.

That is why we want AI, because there are already MINIMAL STANDARDS.

So if you don't like it? Find a NEW JOB.

Otherwise, It's NOT WORTH IT.

Or else stay at Fiserv and have your job OUTSOURCED.

If not deal then deal with LOW QUALITY,

And MORE AI,

And more OUTSOURCING,

And more being TREATED LIKE A CHILD.

Its part of the DOWNWARD SPIRAL.

@OP the company was bad before merger with first day and horrendous with the least technical people ever compiled at first data especially the pci security managers…Fiserv never stood a chance with the first dat misfits

Once their decisions begin to harm the company and effect their bonus size, the decision makers can just move to the next company and repeat the process. They get big bonuses, the companies get long term harm.

Unfortunately this is true. All they care about is extracting the most money as possible and will even forsake quality and company culture for more Benjamin’s $$. H1Bs and more Indians hired, while citizens are laid off.
