IT is a mess. Never seen it this bad. Its even worse than when Eder was here. What are you seeing in your team? We can't get any decisions made. Nothing is getting done. The only thing we see are jobs heading offshore. Getting out as soon as I can.

Rebate Restructuring?

Sounds like a lot of people are up in arms about Cigna switching to a "rebate-free" model. Don't those drive a ton of revenue? I'm assuming Cigna is not going to just give up that revenue stream. Anyone know what's actually going on?
