The last town hall had a very blunt message of a major workforce reduction by end of year. Well, by end of February there will be 2,000 less but the company is nowhere near the end of 2026 and nowhere near finished. I got my notice 2/20 after 19 years. Fortunately, I was just 3 years shy of my planned retirement and have decided to step out permanently now. Not all are as lucky and the job market is well…awful right now. Good luck everyone. @cj Yes. Client implementation. Pharmacy and medical. Also restructuring of markets. Have been shifting to AI over last few years and today announced movement of a great deal of work offshore.

AI is taking over. Implementation was hit hard.
Right, 2k by end of February. But I didn't see anything about this being the only layoffs for the year. I sincerely doubt we are done for the entirety of 2026.

@ah didn’t they say layoffs will end in February? That is what I heard. 2000 by end of Feb.
@a2 been told the same, that there will be more on 2/26. They will likely continue through the rest of the year until end of October, but in much smaller amounts.
JE calendar showed today was the layoffs. Nothing in the future posted as of yet. I think it may be done for 2026.
