I've been with the firm for 27 years and was laid off yesterday. Such a slap in the face to only receive 2 wks severance pay. I wish all others who were laid off the best.

I hope you all land on your feet soon. 2 weeks severance pay just tells you what kind of a company you were working for. As for the rest of us - now we know if we haven’t already.

Was just let go today and only given 2 weeks severance pay. This sc-mbag company couldn't even wait until after the holidays. Now we are all left to try and find work in this brutal market and provide for our families going into the holiday season.
