Everything made in the UK is garbage and at least 3-5 years behind the curve, there is no innovation anymore - look at the digital team from their rubbish portals to even terrible mobile offerings...haemmoraging money left right and center
The market is dead, stop wasting time on new products that don't make money focus on VDR and the user experience
Actually the division was doing fine. The most profitable area of Ss&C, in fact, until some smart galaxy brained fool near the top decided to roll everything into corporate structure and they lost the top talent and had massive brain drain and is now being run from people who can only follow playbooks. Still, I like your idea of spinning of IL to someone else because SS&C sure as he-l doesn't know what they even bought

Of course the market is dead and their new product line don’t make money. The cash all comes in from the legacy VDR and the product teams try to launch things that fail. SSNC needs to role this division into another division at corp.
