Was put under a pretty stressful performance improvement plan (pip) that was both annoying for me and my supervisor.
The culture here i think can speak for itself. There is none, that truly encourages merit based performance.
They expect us to go above and beyond for the same pay every year. Idk , maybe its just me, but that doesnt really inspire me too much to push boundaries, and i feel that sentiment trickles into many aspects of the company.
The work from home thing has been cool, and honestly, this company keeping that has been the biggest incentive. Me personally, I knew i wasnt in compliance the past couple months, but since the pip tried turning things around.
Too late, it seems, which is fine.
Didnt expect too much from this company, but they did end up giving me 2 weeks extra pay. Idk if thats my pto or something else but hey, money is money.
This job is a check. Nothing more, nothing less.
