Any rumors/thoughts on what will be covered? Other than layoffs and restructuring, any significant announcements anticipated?

Hearing rumblings of S&T cuts coming within the next 2 weeks. Any specific sectors/divisions? Assuming the DPA teams that were swept under the rug and consolidated under Dave will be first to go?

I've heard there are none, can anyone confirm or deny ?

It seems apparent there will be a RIF this week on 2/19. Just curious if anyone has any insights in to the business segments and scale. I’ve read Housecalls, Wellmed, and others. Is that mainly optum health?

Does anybody have an inkling what we might be looking at? I'm afraid to even think of the possibilities.

Looks like the February layoffs are complete & a reorg being announced this week in the TH. Any reliable info on if we’ll see another round of layoffs in 2026? Timing? What’s everyone hearing?

did anyone see it? Someone asked about job cuts, and he said we are 74 management employees over right now which is 2%, but our normal churn is 3% (people leaving on their own), so he doesn't expect any cuts this year.

His words not mine. Just curious with everyone posting rumors of huge layoffs coming this month, when is that going to happen because Bill says it isn't. I also asked my VP, and he said he hasn't heard anything about a layoff. He's told me about one every time way in advance when somethings up. According to him they are very pleased with financials, and we expect to be in the black by end of the year with customer acquisition and profits.

During our end of year reviews several of us have been told that there is a good chance of a VSP in March. I find this hard to believe so soon, but it keeps coming up! Has anyone else been told this?

Walmart mgrs in meetings down here in Texas , was told by Keebler rep ,they had a call and was discussed on call ,nabisco is leaving dsd in Walmart only in 6to 8 weeks!

The RAM+ call today mentioned dealer stores closing and driving traffic to corporate. Could be wrong but probably not the time or place to make that comment... Did anybody catch that today?
