Overheard in NorCal office this morning. 5 Day RTO sometime in January of next year, apparently all but confirmed, exact date TBD. Doubt it comes up this Friday during Quarter Town Hall.

but hold your horses, it's all driven by digital, so really it's not better for the worker. i think they will continue with layoffs

I heard another round of layoffs on August or early September targetting all positions across org in Plano and Pleasanton.

After a very short meeting this morning they were told to be expecting a call from their managers today regarding layoffs. Multiple departments.

New office in Bangalore, will be replacing many if not all third party contractors!! Current contractor positions will be moved to Bangalore as FTE employees.

Over 200 people lost their jobs in Phoenix last week. So I guess it’s not over yet. If you have been hearing anything or have some substantiated information, please share. It’s better to be somewhat prepared.

Now we’ll have to pick up the work after all the people who were let go. That’s the moment when you definitely start regretting you were not among those laid off…

I heard that some people were just let go. I have to work until 2/21/25 to get my severance. Have you been laid off and were told to just go home? Are you getting the entire 60 days off with pay? Not fair if that's the case, just saying

Layoffs are bad; keeping us in the dark is only making it worse. This could have been handled much better.
