NO bonuses this year. 2026 will be worse than 2025. Layoffs are going from quarterly to now every other month. This part has not been confirmed, but rumor is that Optum is going away and only UHC will remain.
My work ethic is going to change
This Friday when I have my performance evaluation, if I do not get a merit (haven’t had one in two years) I am totally giving up on my work ethic. I can no longer let this team think this is okay and that I will continue to work hard. At this point I’m blaming direct manager and above them. I’m tired of us always blaming this man behind the curtain. Our managers are agreeing to this and they are at fault at this point too. Them just agreeing and going on with their day while they get $20k bonuses means they are at fault. I suggest you blame them too.
Ode to the deceased P4P statement
Remember the Pay for Performance statement? Them were the days! You could see well in advance your AIP and the date it was being deposited. At this point so far into February, I am not even sure we are getting AIP this year. And no, trolls, I am not betting the farm on AIP or planning on a single cent. I just realized we had not received it yet and in the good old days we always had it first week of February. RIP Pay for Performance statement, I made fun of you at the time, but now I realize you were actually good transparency. Don't even get me started on the olden era of quarterly profit sharing. I am still going down with this ship, but have to marvel nearly daily how Good to Great has gone from Great to Ghastly.

Don't waste time on this board
The management and executives here are untrustworthy. They've broken just about every rule and unwritten rule possible with directs. They're the type who give you prop's the entire year and then give you a bad year end review so they can cheat you on your bonus to make some budget number. As a shareholder i've super disappointed in the place and plan to sell my stock holding in this company, and its a sizeable figure.
Do bonuses still get paid this year?
Did we hit our targets, and will that stock still vest for 2025/26? Or is that uncertain now?

Any news on bonus or merits? Got a whole team asking here and ready to walk out unless they get proper pay. The last 2 to 3 years has been nauseous at best and running out of excuses. Lost 2 strong managers already to National and Sixt.

Bonus for laid off employees
Should laid off employees expect a 100% bonus payout on 2/27 if they were terminated due job elimination with no mention of performance? I assume most who were laid off in January never had a performance review with their leader…. Severance docs only mention pro rated bonus for 2026 and is unclear about how bonus for 2025 will be paid out

AIP funded @ 100%!...except most of you will NOT get it
Steve said that we achieved 100% on the goals for the Annual Incentive Plan and that it would be funded at 100%. and I quote: "it means there's enough money to pay the entire company 100%, but not everybody is going to get 100%. Some people will get less, some people will get more. We've been talking about establishing a high performance culture. I am pushing the management and leadership team to make sure we differentiate. So, if you're a top performer, you should expect more than 100%. That's what our management team has to do. We're not gonna just spread the funds out amongst the whole company. Were going to recognize the top performers."

Permission to just go? Seems opposite of direction from leaders.
So EH message was no bureaucracy…but we need to save money and be smart about waste. Yet everyone has a free pass to go fast? Good luck with that at this company. Just don’t give us less than 100% bonus because you can’t control SG&A based on your “just do it” guidance.

Prior Year Bonus Payment?
Does anyone know if prior year bonuses are paid-out if an employee resigns before the pay date in the current year? Obviously I cannot ask our HRBP because they’ll know about my departure before I’m ready to give notice.
This is specifically about a US-based employee.
While we are it, does anyone know if the quarterly bonuses due to revenue generating plans are paid-out if the employee leaves before the paycheck arrives?

Store Manager/RXM bonus this year is 75% based on "company numbers" that this private company controls and self reports.
Only 25% of the bonus is based on your store or pharmacy.
Do you trust Sycamore?
Have they been transparent and trustworthy?
Their #1 goal is IPO and staging the numbers for the underwriters that determine their IPO value.
Low expenses and cutting payroll helps them accomplish their goal.

Yet you are not giving at least 50 percent of your associates either no raises or bonuses though their hard work and perseverance has gotten you these outstanding results. Ahh I remember complaining about getting the pizza party now this feels like a pat on the back or a ribbon to pin on my shirt. The RIFS, ERP and lack of AIP and raises you would make people think numbers are not being hit but in the mist of the lack of Moral within you are producing exceedingly high numbers. You should be ashamed that many of your associates have to choose between buying groceries or paying for their high medical bills ,because the only thing they can afford is the HDMP cheapest option. Even a penny short on their check puts them at risk of being homeless or not being able to get a loaf of bread to last them until the next check.

This company has to be one of the worst companies out there. I was let go in October so my 60 day ls notice period ended in December, I’ve worked for wells for over 20 years and I’ve gotten a bonus every year. But nothing this year! This is a low blow even for Wf to take away a bonus for no reason to someone that worked for the company that long.
Cobra coverage
What happened to Crown continuing coverage throughout the severance period? I just filled out the continuation form and Crown is paying $38 and I am paying $2000 per month. This is my 3rd lay off in 25 years in the industry, its never been done with less respect and support than what Crown has shown. I will be surprised if the severance really shows up and I have no faith in the bonus actually being paid out. What do you expect from a company that allows unlimited drinks on the cooperate card?
