They should claw back all payments/bonuses made to past management. The reason the company is in this shape is because of this poor judgment which in the contracts they signed stated do what's best for the company which they didnt do. Now instead of taking responsibility they are playing games with this shell and that shell and trying to push the buck and keep sc--wing the had working employees just following what leadership said to do...... how many more games can be played??? These are peoples lives

Severance package
Does anyone know if FIS pays severance in lump sum or as paychecks? If the latter, do they have a clawback clause if I’m employed during severance pay period? Im anticipating to be on the next round, trying to plan ahead.
Cash Bonus Payback?
Has anyone left Fiserv and had to pay back the cash bonus because tenure hasn't been met? How does that work?
Hired back after lay off
Don't roast me, but I got an offer to get hired back after getting impacted last year. Ultimately Intel pays more for my role than anywhere else. For the life of me I can't find the percentage of severance I'd have to pay back relative to the months from getting laid off. Does anyone have that information? Has Intel actually enforced it?
Resigning after Bonuses
How soon after getting your bonus can you resign? Are there clawbacks?
If you have one year of severances package and find another job
Will Wells Fargo claw back your package? Can you get double paid?
New Commish Plan Is Criminal
Reducing account sets by 75-85% but only decreasing quota by 30%….while on the new commish plan that doesn’t pay out if you don’t hit 60%… but hey you get a 25% draw the first two quarters. If you don’t hit 60%, you gotta pay back those draws… make that make sense
Class Action for change of control severance
One interesting use case for AI is to analyze all merger of equal transactions, notably WPX and Coterra with Devon. ChatGPT seems to think there is a possible claim to be made that Devon employees should be entitled to change of control severance since WPX and Coterra employees were also entitled to COC. I’m not saying Devon employees who are severed should pursue legal action, but they should consider writing their legal documents differently.
Given how much Devon’s presence means to okc you’d think they’d treat their employees better. There’s also probably some TIF clawback provisions okc could go after if someone from the news wanted to run with this.
Relocation Terms
For those that were offered relocation, what were the terms?
How long between relocation acceptance and requirement to show up at new location?
Assume you didn’t actually have to move your residence, correct?
How long do you have to stay with Wells Fargo post relocation?
If you don’t stay the required time, is the payback of relocation $ prorated or is it 100%?
(No need to share $ amounts)
'Retention' bonus & leaving
For those of you that signed that retention agreement after last year's (or a previous year) bonus and you've quit, what actually happened? We signed to say that we'd pay it back, but what actually happened?
Notice Period
I’m putting in my notice Feb 13 after bonus drops. I see there is now a 30-60 day mandatory notice period for most employees, enforced mainly by a clawback provision in recently vested RSRs. Any way I can stop working sooner without incurring that penalty? Up to managers discretion? I can’t work more than much beyond the 13th without splattering my brains onto the front of 550 tryon
Aero Olathe payroll error 12-12-25
Many employees got a email from payroll dept saying they were over paid. But yet , the email didn’t give the specific details where the error was. Email says to fill out Red ticket. No response from ask Red.
Here’s the funny part , if you don’t sign a document by Dec 17 agreeing to give it back. Honeywell will send it to a collection company.
Clawback
I hope Mike and the board invoke the clawback policy to recoup the compensation paid to Frank and Bob Hau over the past couple of years. They knew the growth projections and guidance were wildly unrealistic. It would be therapeutic to have them held accountable.
