Curious on what base and bonus structure looks like?

Base is lower than comparable CL by location (Houston, London, Singapore); bonus is now all cash but within a range determined by performance through a similar ranking hunger games.
Unlike other shops, it’s not tied to a fixed % of P&L so difficult to retain good talent on products where the trading edge goes down the elevator each evening.
~200k base. ~200-300k bonus mostly stock 3 and 7 year vesting with a small cash component. Only for P4P traders. This could be old info by now. I left a couple years ago. Good luck.
