What if they gave everyone full bonus this year as a thank you for everything and for putting up with all our sh-t. One can only dream, at this rate will we even get a psp pay out?

Bonuses should be based on business performance, and honestly ideas like yours is the reason the company is where it is at this point.
Beatings will continue until morale improves.
If EH doesn't forgo his and his LTs bonus again this year it will ve plainly clear the o ly thing they care about is themselves

I heard North America psp will be about 75. Global is likely 50% some geos like GC will be under 50%
Plan on 25 percent psp. Throw us a bone.
