Why do we basically give everything to a liquidator instead of marking down items for members to buy? First the buyers over buy just about everything and then all the stuff goes to a liquidator..

They ask you to come in on your off day because of call outs but then they sc--w you out of overtime on the back end I will never do that again.

Get ready everyone. Saw ours without final sales and scan and gos last month. We usually get decent bonuses and ours is complete a-s now because of the scan and go metric. Another goalpost moved to f us right in the A.

Did any AM Backroom have their block schedules changed? Now we’re on a rotation with only one weekend day off once a month & some split days… is this happening everywhere or just our club?

I don’t know about Walmart but our Sam’s Club needs a whole new management team in JC Tennessee. Not one of them should be leading our club. No integrity nor any honesty to them

You have to sneak in and avoid the management just to get things done, if not, they are on you like hot glue because they don't know what to do.

So, they brought back Ptc, and they brought back the night crew, what's next? Will we see a rebranding of the Audit Team. The companies shrink has had to increase yearly since the loss of them.

Sam's Club will now be open 8am to 8pm every single day, including Sundays, permanently, going forward. The only day we will close early (6pm) is Christmas Eve.

Ok I havent worked at Sams for a while now. I have heard about this new thing called Freight Flow. What is different about it than regular receiving??
