This is one that doesn’t get talked about enough. The new contract adds privacy protections for call center reps who work from home — and honestly it’s about time. Your home is your home, and just because you’re on the clock doesn’t mean your privacy goes out the window.
But that’s not all. WFH and hybrid workers are specifically called out for extra 2% breakout raises in 2026 , on top of everything else in the contract. They didn’t just lump remote workers in with everyone else, they actually named them. That matters.
Bottom line — if you work from home, this contract sees you. The union fought for you and it shows
