Layoff info re: reorg and TSYS employees?
Is there any info on layoffs for former TSYS employees?
The IT organization requires structural changes.
Consider starting with voluntary early retirement packages for long-tenured employees whose roles have shifted primarily toward coordination rather than direct output.
Reduce organizational layers, as there is an excessive number of VP and director roles.
In some cases, directors oversee little to no staff, which is difficult to justify outside of highly specialized environments.
Finally, conduct a thorough talent review to identify roles that are more administrative than technical and assess whether they align with the future direction of the IT function.
RTO Retraction and Next Steps
Will HR make him send an email with an official apology or will 3000 RND employees be quietly told to ignore him? Either way confidence is lost.
He fired the testers causing an explosion in escaped bugs. BH apologed for him.
His rolling reorg has slowed work so badly that he thinks T-TH will fix the mess he made. Will the reorg ever be code complete?
He put US RND teams under the direction of an inexperienced director in another country with a 5 hour time difference. How does that help in person innovation?
He split Viya 3.5 and 4.0 RND teams putting them in competition ki-ling any chance for a smooth customer upgrade.
He has not developed one working GenAI SAS model after two years of trying.
He gave up a 19 point lead in the NCAA tournament.
Anything else?
Database org update...
Hearing confirmed from senior leadership that layoffs will be impacting the Database org over the coming weeks, ~2,900 roles in total.
It looks like this will roll out in phases, starting with US and then extending to EMEA.
From what's being speculated, areas most impacted include redundant roles (code fixing and ai replaceable tasks), parts of platform, as well as functions tied to performance and time-based metrics.
PTC GT Organizational Update Email received - here it begins
Re-org email from RA received in the morning - here it begins.
Seems like PTC is the first geo that starts the re-org.
Per email local consultation requirements are starting this week.
Other geos, good luck - you are next in the row.
Security and Webex hit hard…
I heard quiet layoffs hit Security and Webex during a reorg?
Any confirmations? Should a mid-level IC like myself be concerned?
H&P, Tulsa based oil & gas company Layoffs March 2026
IT SVP "Chay Chinsethagid" is asked to leave H&P as part of Re-org in March 2026.

BDTI, Corp R&D group and CPDT
Any updates on BDTI, Corp R&D group and CPDT?
Layoff plans or reorgs?
I am seeing a lot of closed doors nowadays, it's never a good sign.
Marketing layoffs 3-20-26
Mini reorg and layoffs. Not sure the total count let go. I know of at least 5. No announcement or recognition from leadership. In fact, Vince and Devin relaxed on PTO as this went down. Anybody got more information?
At this point, does anyone still believe we'll ever find our way back?
Not just to the culture, but to having a direction that makes sense. All these reorgs and layoffs feel like they're just propping up the stock price. Because I sure can't see any other purpose.
Reorg/layoffs?
Anyone know anything yet about when and how many?
New Org / Attack Plan
A new approach was just announced and it is more upper level with less to do the work. So, the new execs and C-Levels must still have friends they needed to bring with them.
It was asked why so many who actually did work and were great employees were let go - but no answer given. Probably because there is no good answer. The general feeling is they are retaining people who don't question why so much time is wasted, so many useless layers of "management", and/or do little to nothing. They don't want people who want to deliver and help customers - they want to bark orders and people who put their heads down and avoid conflict!
I am not sure where the Humana Board is - but how are they bringing in people with no proven experience at such high levels and letting them bring down the organization?
Crazy, Crazy!!
NDA March Madness!!
Heard there are 20 active NDA’s across the company at the moment. They’re overlapping and it’s apparent. This web is going to unwind and the employees should know. What it means can be either dire straights or some major reorg for the better. On this site it’s probably the dire straights.
“Money for nothing and the Forge for free”
Morale has tanked
Most of the time when we are in the office everyone is just talking about the layoffs or speculating. Quite literally every single project we have worked on over the last 6 months has been halted, changed, changed again, and re-structured. So it’s hard to develop and close business when the target keeps moving. F*ck it. Genuinely hard to work in these types of conditions of constant fear and changes. I refuse to accept the whole “well that’s just Oracle!” Yes, changes at massive companies like this are inevitable. He-l - I used to work at another major competitor. This is not my first rodeo. But THIS level of volatility is breathtaking and staggering! I feel guilty that my productivity has slowed down, but not really.
Toast
Knew it was coming. Another day, another layoff. Reorg. Nonsense. It's Tuesday morning and I'm not going in today. I'm still awake. I've had it. There's no trust. No respect. No reward. Wednesday is the day another employee quiet quits. If I go in.
Scoop for March 17th- Reorg or Layoffs or both
What is happening tomorrow?
Masters of suspense, these people
Nothing they do makes any sense. How long have they been keeping us on edge with the reorg and layoffs now? And through it all, they keep making these "strategic" moves - strategic, apparently, to someone who hasn't glanced at the news.
PR Question
Been with the company for 13 years. All previous reviews were good and even got top achiever before.
Full background is that my child was born in September (dad here) and so I took the bulk of my leave at the beginning of this CY (after my wife returned to her work). So I was on leave most of Jan-Feb
My overall PR was inconsistent with the reasons being completely bogus and I can literally go line by line and provide concrete evidence of where I did do that or was raising the issue and because I should have been switched to HW my job responsibilities don’t align with SW so they don’t really care (don’t get help from management). We got re orged to a new manager director in October and me switching has been in the works since then.
Now the most d-mbfounding part is that on the “how” section I got 4/6 exceeds with the other two being “met” with an overall of exceeds.
As mentioned I’m in the process of being moved over.
So was this just a way to easily give the short straw to someone who was already on their way to a different group? Some punishment for the timing of my leave?
Tech Reorg Thoughts
Thinking the tech reorg will mainly impact global. There’s no tech team in EMEA as all those jobs were transferred to ITC and PTC. GC is running their own tech stack which means they’ll have little to no impact. Converse business was impacted which likely means, their tech will go. That only leaves us with the guys in the global where the bulk of tech sits and APLA.
New reorg/layoffs
Any active rumors of a reorg or layoffs? I know they said no more layoffs but I don’t trust them? Only people with real knowledge please reply

During the first nine months of fiscal 2026, our management approved, committed to, initiated and further supplemented plans to restructure and further

Reorgs work........nahhh
Thumbs up if your Team is in worse shape now after last year's Reorg.....the talk is there might be a new one to fix it.....
1600
The move comes as the company seeks to "rebalance" its resources to focus on the "future of teamwork in the AI era," according to a regulatory filing.
Will AM merchandisers change
If they are bringing back night crew AKA freight flow 100% . With more people and a manager where does that leave AM crew?
Goodbye VZB in EMEA
Guys… those rumors everyone’s been whispering about? They’re actually happening. Tomorrow there’s an emergency all-hands at 10 UK time where they’re dropping the news on how the reorg is smashing EMEA. Brace yourselves.
March 23rd Re-org?
I'm hearing some chatter about re-org in March. Specifically, I am hearing March 23rd being thrown around. No mention of layoffs but usually re-org is synonymous with layoffs. Has anyone heard anything or have anything to share. The is for STS/CET.
Reorg Scoop
Someone has to have the scoop on the reorg announcement coming at the end of the month. Come on...fess up. Inquiring minds want to know!!
Any word on Exploration?
My boss has been hinting that there's no longer a cliquey barrier for entry into exploration. I've heard there's a reorg coming. What are the current whispers?
Will we still have all 6 GT locations after reorg?
GT has 6 locations: PHK, EHQ, ITC, GC, ATC, PTC. Will they all remain after the reorg? For long time, recrutment has been limited to ITC… and probably one site per US, Europe, Asia will be enough.
DMS shakeup rumors true?
I heard 1/3 of DMS is being moved to IFG, 1/3 to member services and 1/3 are being cut. Is that true? Does that make sense? Why would they do that?
What's the latest on layoffs/reorg?
Anything major expected next week? Any leftovers they haven't dealt with yet?
I got my sanity back after being laid off
They cut me in November. I admit, at the time, it felt personal. Looking back several months later, it was the best thing that could have happened. For the last at least five years there, the environment was toxic. The peer group I started with was gone, replaced by contractors and offshore teams. Every re-org meant new faces and new anxieties. I was constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop. Now that I am out, I can see clearly how much it was affecting my sleep and my mood. My advice to any American applicant is to proceed with extreme caution. The culture is broken.
Re-Org changes
So I am hearing tech leadership is moving up the ladder ?
Business Reorgs
I know EQIX is doing very well but wondering if the rumored business reorgs will brings layoffs along with it.
Next Reorg
Does anyone have any insight as to when the next phase of "How We Work" will be? Phase 1 was January, just wondering when Phase 2 will be?
I was told there will be reorg in H&C Tech soon..
No more details available..
Going from 12 VPGMs to 4 markets…
Can anyone confirm/deny? Heard from several sources….
GAME tech reorg?
9am meeting was just put on the calendar for tomorrow. How bad do we think the cuts are going to be?
Anyone heard anything new about layoffs?
Rumors are flying about cuts tied to the reorg, but I've got nothing solid. Some layoffs make sense with any reorganization, but folks are talking about a big round. If you know something real, please share.
