The massive Cinco is occurring in the parking lot at the Jacksonville Florida campus is wild. I can’t believe people park in that parking lot or in that garage. It’s a dead deadly disaster waiting to happen..

Cheaper parking at an expense!
Started back to work and thought I’d take advantage of $5 North Shore Parking with a shuttle to and from downtown Pittsburgh. Because I don’t have the extra money to spend like most of us. What a bust. Shuttles weren’t running every 15 to 20 minutes as promised but rather an hour to an hour and a half long. So much for that. Got into the office and the majority of the floor was empty. Why did I bother? No work got done. I’m sure we are going to see productivity plummet. Wasn’t approved to work from home to be with my epileptic child. Job well done, Bill.
PHASE ONE
Has anyone received any reliable information on how long Phase One will last? In the 900 building in Smithfield, it’s a total nightmare. Not enough bathrooms, desks, parking spots, takes 30 minutes to get off campus, etc - and that’s just for 50/50. I realize the upper crust wants huge attrition numbers but some of us have no choice. This toxic environment is about to get worse - amazing.
JAX Campus
Anyone irritated and concerned that the Jacksonville campus is shutting down the parking garage for a good bit of time to pressure wash a practically new garage? Meanwhile, our whole state has a drought and terrible fires destroying our homes.. and we can’t water our grasp but once a week - yet the bank thinks it’s a good time to pressure wash a garage?
I don’t think that’s what they’re doing. I actually suspect that they are working on a sinkhole issue. I won’t park in that garage.. the campus has had sinkhole concerns for decades - and now the aquifer is dangerously low, so no thanks!
Broken Campus Signs
Why are the signs that tell how many parking spaces are available not working? Why is the hurt free days on campus sign not working?
Berkeley Heights Parking
It’s a valid point that when/if construction begins that we lose more spots.
It’s starting to feel like the garage is not happening. Like they’ll just keep the status quo. Dark thought, but if enough people are let go, then it’ll just go back to 2023 where parking is tight but mostly manageable.
I don’t mean to be a Speculating Steve, but it’s now been almost a full year since the initial announcement. And with each passing date, it feels more and more like the garage is never actually happening.
San Leandro Parking Upgrades
WF San Leandro parking lots are scheduled for upgrades from March through May. During this time, employees have been asked to make alternate commuting arrangements such as public transportation, carpooling, or rideshare services.
Facility improvements are important, and upgrades are understandable. However, for a construction period lasting more than two months, many employees are wondering why temporary flexible options—such as remote work—are not part of the solution.
Asking employees to take on additional commuting time, planning challenges, and out-of-pocket transportation costs while the workplace itself is under construction raises a broader question: when practical flexibility is possible, should organizations consider it during disruptions like this?
Supporting employees during operational changes can go a long way toward maintaining morale and trust.
Who is the parking lot Nazeee?
Parked at Eagan this morning for the first time and some woman came out blathering "You can't park there!". New employee, what do I know? I laughed at her and went to do the job I was hired for. Went out to my car to go home and there was a typed form letter about not parking in unassigned areas or something to that effect. Tore it up and drove home. Not really bothered by it, but people here are pretty uptight. Oh, well.
Charging employees for parking moving forward
Guess what, emails were out that employees who want to park at the office will start paying for parking, shortly after downgrading cubicle equipment to docks and monitors 10 years old.. that while Charlie gets his $40Million. Cheap tactics, did we hit the bottom of the barrel… well they will always find lower spots!
Houston downtown parking garage nightmare
We've been stuck in the HOU150 garage for 45+ minutes. That me and about 100 other cars. Just trying to leave. Unbelievable.
Force everyone into a needlessly remodelled office with open-plan seating that strips away dignity and privacy—then schedule repairs on the elevators, escalators, and garage all at once, grinding facility throughput to a halt.
What are we doing? Why does everything have to be this hard? Why are we doing this to ourselves?
At least buy me dinner first
2% annual raise AND a 5 day RTO?
This place never fails to amaze me lol 😂
The lowest raise possible even after exceeding expectations, buying a new bank, record profits, and an ATH stock market price… literally RUN if you think of staying or applying here.
Oh and I get to use that raise for the new parking garage fees :) bill u sly dog u…
RTO Fun: Parking in Plano
Parking at the Plano locations has gotten so bad, the police are starting to write tickets and tow cars. If you get to work after 8:30, forget about it. If you leave for lunch, forget about it when you come back. Your only option is a park & ride lot over 2 miles away. At least the company runs a shuttle back and forth all day.
How parked up is your site?
I drove by Intel Rio Rancho today at 12:15 and the lot west of Fab 9 was open and not hardly parked up. Shouldn’t RTO be filling the prime parking areas? How parked up is your site (during lunch)?
And yes it doesn’t take a guy who doesn’t believe in things to see what it means that I wasn’t just parking there m’self.
Greenspoint assigned parking
Remember how at GP long time employees had assigned parking spots? VPs even had a separate section on the ground floor. Then when we moved to EMHC it was announced that there would be no assigned parking for anyone even VPs. It sure wasn’t long before VPs once again had their own assigned spots but employees were never given assigned spots again.
Parking at 3400 and 2900 Plano offices
Parking at the Plano offices has become increasingly difficult. A new group appears to have moved into the buildings, resulting in a shortage of available parking spaces for everyone. Many employees are now parking improperly, taking up spots outside designated areas, using fire lanes, parking on the grass, occupying EV charging spaces without charging, and even using handicapped spaces. It’s common to see most cars with parking violation notices during lunchtime.
A shuttle operates between the parking lots at 2900 and 3400, allowing employees to park at either location and take the shuttle to their office. However, the shuttle has become ineffective as both parking lots are now filling up. The situation has become quite chaotic.
I hope management addresses this issue and finds a solution soon.
If the exit gates are up in parking garages at the Bellevue campus, then layoffs are happening
Buildings B1, B2, B3 normally requires one to badge out to exit parking. They will put the exit gates up since they deactivate badges...
Additional effort to make employees leave
I received a warning because the only place to park at 10 AM is designated as a fire lane. It's well over 100 ft from any structure. There were 9 other vehicles parked in the same area but only 2 of us were tagged. Too many people assigned here. How difficult is it only assign as many people as there are parking and workspaces available?
Cops at HTC???
At the HTC parking lot. What happened?
There’s no parking on campus
Where are we supposed to park if there’s no parking and Nike security is giving tickets out for parking in spaces that aren’t being used?
Dalworth parking in Dallas
What happened at this garage? I saw an email about a security incident. WTH?
Jersey City goes RTO/5

Please file an OSHA complaint today - Please read
Hello Everyone -
There is not much we can do as employees to make our situation better. But, the one of the things we can and should do is file an OSHA complaint with OSHA. Please everyone reading submit an OSHA complaint today, but only if there is a safety hazard at your location. You can select an option so your name is not revealed to your employer.
If there is a legitimate safety hazard at your location, then you can fill out their online form and OSHA will take it from there. Lack of parking or reasonable access to the office building can all be taken as a form of a safety violation because it increases the risk of vehicle and pedestrian accidents. Your statements must be truthful, and there are penalties for submitting anything false.
Once submitted, OSHA will do an on-site inspection (often unscheduled) of the building you reported within weeks or months. If they find any safety hazards they take several escalating actions including citations, penalties, required corrective action, re-inspection, and whistleblower protection.
I have just submitted an OSHA complaint for 7 safety hazards I documented at 3400 W Plano Pkwy in Plano, TX. I encourage everyone reading this to please do this for your office if there are safety hazards and parking issues. This is the quickest way to get some noticeable change in our god awful buildings we call our offices.
Please like this post, and tell others either by word or on this site to do the OSHA as well. If multiple employees submit complaints to OSHA, that will put AT&T on their radar, and they would love to go after a Fortune 50 company that is being negligent.
3400 W Plano Pkwy - Issue
So AT&T calls this their main and flagship office location. This office is a pathetic excuse for an office. I feel like I am in a 3rd world country.
There is no parking. Cars park illegally everywhere and drive over the speed limit. The parking they do have available is far back out by the dumpster.
Once I do make the walk into the office all the desks are taken and I have to work from the cafe. I have already contacted real estate about the situation, and they told me this is their only and flagship office available for drop ins in the Dallas suburbs. When I pressed them about parking and desk shortages, they told me I can take a shuttle from 2900 W Plano Pkwy, which is their CDO office and lengthens my commute further.
This company is pathetic. We have billions of dollars in free cash flow, yet we cannot have a respectable suburb office. 5 day RTO to improve collaboration, but now I have park out by the dumpster in the back and work in the cafe while someone warms up their fish lunch.
Bridging the Digital Divide - the good old days
“Bridging the digital divide”
“No job is so important, and no service is so urgent, that we cannot take the time to perform our work safely.”
I miss the good old days when it felt like AT&T served a higher purpose. Now that I know it’s all a facade and AT&T doesn’t care one bit, I see people drive 10+ over the speed limit in the parking lots, park in handicapped, EV, or fire lanes because Plano doesn’t have parking and work from the cafe until they collect their 6 hours because we have a desk shortage.
Additionally, I contacted property management to tell them of the desk and parking shortage. They told me it’s already been addressed?
Fu-k safety, the digital divide, and others under the new AT&T.
Toll booth installations
Starting December, toll booths will be installed at the entrances to SOMO, Peak, Westlake and LT. The access charge will be $10/day or $100/month. They're making a toll to get around parking fee regulations.
The installations should be done by Q2.
Upset?
Good. Then why do you accept the same costs in virtual tolls for RTO?
Exxon is making room as it readies for more employees at Pioneer campus
An oil company whose headquarters are in the ClayDesta area is getting ready to bring in hundreds of new employees — they just need a place to park.
Approximately 250 employees are set to move from XTO Energy’s offices at 6401 Holiday Hill Road to the former Pioneer Natural Resources offices at 3617 N. Big Spring St.
ExxonMobil, which acquired Pioneer last year and is the parent company of XTO, is preparing to accommodate those additional employees. The company has broken ground on a new parking lot south of the Pioneer building that will have 300 additional spaces. Completion of the new parking lot is expected before next summer.
ExxonMobil is spending $10.4 million on interior renovations to the second level of the Pioneer building to accommodate the XTO employees. Completion is expected by the end of the year.
“(The renovations) reflect our ongoing commitment to our local employees and the Permian Basin community,” officials told the Reporter-Telegram. “We’re better together and, through this move, are prioritizing collaboration, knowledge sharing, productivity and company culture.”
All local ExxonMobil employees are expected to be accommodated at the corporate office, as well as the former Pioneer Midkiff location at 2625 County Road 180 in Garden City and 4815 E. Highway 80.

So why didn’t the whiny complainer from OPO mention we are getting bonuses?
He complained about his long commute, uprooting his family, a full parking lot, no car…typical Ginger stuff. But he didn’t mention the bonus part. Yes, bonuses of over 100% multiplier for many departments. Oh…we can’t mention good news. Yes, there will be change. It su-ks. Get a grip. There are other places to work. You can just quit. No one is forcing you to work for Walgreens. With no car you should have a nice savings built up.
Turning Bethpage into paid parking lot
Company is so desperate for money that they are closing the Bethpage office Sept 22 to Sept 28, to rent out the parking lot for fan parking for the golf Ryder Cup.
Yesterday's HUB Announcement
Does anyone who's in PDC feel like we just got messed over with yesterday's announcement? Looking at the pictures we become a parking lot? No trust in management. Do as I say, not as I do.
Will Farley have an assigned desk and parking spot?

No Parking Long Beach Office
Long Beach office no parking. Park in overflow is the solution proceed to overflow no parking. Ford Land was more concerned with hanging curated art vs parking.
Pulled Over Driving to Work
I was rushing to get to work before 7am so I can find a parking spot and desk. it’s a waste of money and time by coming in to the office
4am: found parking spot, badged in, claimed a desk.
Taking a nap in the car for a couple hours.
Westlake entrance and parking situation
Who else strongly feel that company HQ should fix their entrance + parking chaos first before calling more professionals back to office?
The single 2-lane entrance the is crossed by walking construction workers is frustrating/dangerous in the morning.
But leaving is worse. That merge as taking a right past the exit gates into a single 1-lane exit for 50ft is absurd for a F500 HQ campus. No wonder the parking garage gridlocks up to the fourth floor as teams all exit at the same time. Simply install a second exit to the main street.
Remove the big speed bumps that slow the sports cars down to .5mph. Leave the 5 smaller bumps for each set and that will help smooth the flow of traffic in the morning. Mirrors around corners would also help as they have designed pedestrians walking into elevators right by a vehicle blind corner.
This is common-sense improvements before calling back more people RTO.
Curious - available parking near Bo Jackson
Former Nike, now retired. I use the gyms, and I’m curious - there always seems to be plenty of parking available on the south lot (by Nolan Ryan/Mike Schmidt). Are those buildings less used than others on campus?
