Why are the signs that tell how many parking spaces are available not working? Why is the hurt free days on campus sign not working?

I’m just glad so many of the speed limit radar cameras are broken, makes it easy to blast around the slow pokes on the ring road and the entrances. F-k’em!!
This is exactly what happens when the people who actually get things done disappear. All that’s left are overlords, leaders, and leaders of leaders… all leading. They rank themselves at the top and push the workers to the bottom, until there’s no one left to actually do the work.
And if someone is quietly working and minding their own business being productive, they are told “No, no, no, go be innovative, go network, go lead, go talk…” Just endless noise. Of course nothing works!
The hurt sign isnt broken...there is to much b-tt hurt that its not worth keeping in on a 0 days since last injury.
Something to do with benchmarking, cost savings, executive bonuses
