Actually is not just the boomers. My mgr is mid career wf and uses the clock and wfh as a we-pon. But if you badge in early, and hang out at coffee shop shooting the breeze all morning, now that’s acceptable…. smh

It's part of the big mindgame: not enough desks and not enough parking creates the perception that we're overstaffed. Keeps you scared and overworking so you can dodge a PIP or layoff.
