HCSC is a disaster

300 layoffs. Not everybody at the same time. People that has been with the company for more than 10 years were let go just a few days before Open Enrollment. When staff in key positions are let go, it usually signals something beyond “normal turnover.” It could affect severance, morale, and how the remaining team should respond. HCSC is a disaster, and they are using the washington argument to do that. It is a lie! No communication at all.

@a7+1k60xsqgh said it perfectly.

Pepsi Largest Mishap in some time.....

Pepsi has struck again! It seems that Frito managed the change with the job titles in the proper manner. Meetings and communication were had. But, then there is Pepsi who just dropped the bo-b and everyone woke up on Monday morning to a new job title. There was no communication, no discussions and no email communication.

As a Director, I reached out to HR since every single member of my team had a different job title, including myself. I was told that they were unaware and would look into it. Here we are 48 hours later....and still crickets. How is this possible? This organization is crumbling and we deserve better. You heard of "quiet quitting"....well, you just signed us all up to start doing "less" again!

Now, that the cat is out of the bag, just go ahead and announce the reorg, restructure, merger & sale of some of the territories. Offer VRP to these VP's, Senior Directors and the folks who didn't take the VRP last time. We are all here just waiting for the offer. I for one will gladly take it this time.

Now, we wait and see how many days it takes Pepsi HR & the Division President's to show up with communication and speaking points for us to take back to our teams.

Plain and simple...DO BETTER!

It’s about time for STIP payments, and…

…crickets.

For those who don’t get quarterly bonuses (like CM3s), this is the time of year we have been waiting for. Some sort of proof that the overwhelming workload and complete lack of recognition was at least a tiny bit worth it.

But still nothing announced. Except maybe that “merit” increase, small enough to be insulting.

Things feel heavy

Is it just me? Or are people in different parts of the company feeling this weird feeling of disconnection?

Feels like people don't communicate anymore. Even the executives don't. Like they've given up. People seem to be going through the motions.

Haven't really sensed this before 2025 but I am really feeling it and I can't shake it. Just wondering if I'm the only one.

Don’t know what’s going on, but reps not really willing to explain things. Company must of retired and hired new employees. Not very knowledgeable nor do they seem like they want to help. Hopefully Verizon will light a fire up their kulo!

Do managers know already?

I know our direct managers are not the ones making the decision on who's going to be laid off, but is there a chance they know already? My manager is a good guy, but he's been acting a bit weird lately, standoffish, and with this announcement, I'm now getting paranoid.

Another reorg?

It’s increasingly unclear what’s happening within Moulis’ former organization in OT. There’s been little to no communication about the long-term plan, while people keep leaving or being let go. Rumors of another reorg continue but with no transparency on timing or impact. Leadership — including the new VP — has not provided clarity or support. Does anyone have additional insight on this?
