More cuts are definitely coming

Dan signed up for multi billion dollar transformation. 15k layoffs wasn't enough. More cuts def coming and it seems like execs are getting real with their teams and just flat out scrutinizing everything.

The Sr Directors are also lacking one of the two main key skills. 1) leadership 2) technical knowledge.

Only a handful around that can do both. Can't grow a company if u are just one.

Bumping this up for visibility. OP: @ap+1kkyyeqjg

Vz Stock Reality - sub $50

Well the reality of living off a questionable net adds 4Q/25 is setting in.

Zero change in execution, integration of Frontier and DEI Directors/VPs to execute will continue to drive Vz stock South.

Hiring MBAs to create a theoretical strategy vs meritocracy of employee based results will ensure Vz being aquired in 2-3 years!

Lack of a strong Vz Executive bench and Board all but says " aquire my assets". What

Do more with less until everything is done with nothing. IA stupidity

Being told to implement IA to do your job, so we don't need you anymore, or we will let you go, makes no sense. Especially when no tools or assistance are provided.
It's like telling the bus driver to implement a self-driving system so we don't need you any more, or we let you go and we will implement one ourselves, while the bus and it's customers sit at the curb. We need someone to write the book, "how to ki-l a company with two letters".

Humana Customers - you are in for a rough 2026!

Unfortunately, all of these RIFs that are removing the actual people who do work and care, are going to negatively impact customers. Humana's biggest issues were they denied many claims and provided terrible customer service / digital experiences. This will only continue and get worse! The Digital products are horrible - they are not user friendly, perform slow, look as if people new to "digital products" are working on them! And, customer service is impacted - if they can't find what they need on digital products, it goes to the 800 number. Customers are dealing with their health - so, they need caring people to work at Humana, well and knowledgeable. In the Digital area, it seems they don't care and definitely have no experience or knowledge! I feel so for the customers - they will have a terrible 2026!!

No news in the UK

There has been nothing about layoffs in the UK yet, and I have heard nothing on the grapevine about anything in EMEA. It has NOT started.

Don't get me wrong, I want it to start, and I want to be on the list. Happy to take some cash and run.

I'm sure the storm is coming, but it is not here yet.
