They are coming in. We will train them. We will take the package. We will leave. They will stay.
London
They keep laying off people. They are also moving as many jobs as possible to EMEA + APAC but it's not going as fast as they would like as some roles are hard to move. I do not doubt for a second that they will continue with this and that... — read more

This place is a lost cause...
there isnt any fairness here. lower managers are incompetent and self serving. divisional, office, and regional folks back them... barely less incompetent, and they double down on bad calls. period... the same troublemakers get protected all the... — read more
Will anyone who actually deserves it ever be laid off?
And will anyone ever be held accountable for the state of affairs? Ruining people’s lives just to chase the stock price, because they have no better ideas. This is disgusting. I feel deeply for everyone affected, and I sincerely hope they find... — read more
More layoffs - here we go again….

CENSOR-Y overload from T Rowe
Wow. The censoring from the company is quite poor form. I have learnt a lot about this company from many of the posts here. One day posts are visible and then the next they’re taken down. I think they do it on other platforms like Glassdoor too. Way... — read more
"Ask Me Anything, but only if it is about AI"
This is the second tech AMA where you are only allowed to discuss "AI". Why not let the meeting serve its original purpose? Let associates ask what they are wondering about. Sure, ask AI questions, but people should be encouraged to ask what they... — read more
Leave
To my old team still hanging on: stop waiting for a miracle! You know it’s not coming. Update your resumes and go. Life’s way better when you stop hoping that place will change.
What happened to this place?
We're drowning in management layers. Every issue gets passed up the chain until nothing actually gets done. They talk about being efficient, but you have a dozen people giving orders and no one helping. The pay structure is all over the place and new... — read more
Another round?
There’s been a lot of predictions on here about more rounds. Anyone got any real intel? It appeared the layoff impacted certain teams a lot more than others. It would make sense that the teams that were spared last time will be next in the firing... — read more
Why do poor sales/business leaders get golden parachutes
Hey ya T. Rowe fam, Honest question - why is it that if you're a moderately senior person on the Distribution/Sales side of the business you get a golden parachute (I'm assuming) while so many others just get the boot unexpectedly? Globally it looks... — read more
Why the s-xism
Ge-z reading all these posts it's clear there are a lot of s-xist pigs at the company. Many probably put on a nice exterior in the office as well but put a keyboard in front of them on this forum and you see what's really there.
3 laid off in Procurement today
KM4 roles. Outsourcing
Year End Objectives
Seems like there’s a much bigger emphasis this year on explaining how you’ve met your goals and objectives that were submitted at the beginning of the year. Still need to work on day-to-day tasks and can’t always be expected to meet every goal. Seems... — read more
Prediction
More layoffs before the holidays then a merger or acquisition on the horizon. Goldman Sachs likely. The reduction in cost, the outsourcing, the reorganization. It makes sense and I’d bet money on it.
4 days in office mandate
How is this going to be enforced? It appears that only certain departments complied to the 3:2.
Why are people talking about more layoffs and outsourcing?
Was there an announcement I miss? Or is it just speculation?
How much of IT is going to be outsourced?
I know changes are coming but how much and which groups
Increasingly Convinced We Have More Layoffs in November
The fact that we are going to 4/1 when there is only 1 desk for every 1.3 employees at Harbor Point makes me think that we will have more layoffs before bonus time. There are literally not enough desks for people to reserve 4 days a week right now.
Looking through these threads, it is clear the culture here su-ks

Don't be against DE&I - Be against FAKE DE&I
I've seen so many posts on here that seem to rally against the DE&I efforts at the firm. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion should be a good thing! The issue which I think is often misconstrued on here (and yes there are quite a few bigots on this... — read more
