The fact that employees are talking about liquidating their stock at a big loss is a clear indicator of how toxic leadership, lack of innovation, poor marketing, along with Accenture creating long hours and headaches for everyone in Tech has caused good long time and short time folks to give up.
The only people cheering in the all hands are dummies that don’t know any better.
Those of us that have been here know we’re in a concerning spot.
Workplace satisfaction is directly tied to how good your manager is. I’ve never seen so many folks quiet quitting.

I wish all of us the opportunity to leave Dell and find better roles in better environments. Staying on a sinking ship only wears us down. Here’s to finding workplaces that value and support us.

Reminder for all employees working on layoff planning. Business as usual the day after Christmas. Please get a good nights sleep and tell your families and visitors you’ll see them next year. And stuff.

I was laid off when my baby was one month old. I spent the 2023 Christmas without any job. Without the hope of Christmas I would not have come back stronger. May peace be with you who have been laid off and are still finding a suitable role. Always choose justice and hate evil and corruption, and God will be with you through all the struggles. Hang in there folks. Being successful doesn’t mean you won’t fail. It means you can stand up again every time you fail. Don’t let Q decisions define your future success.

Culture at Honeywell has me constantly on edge and worried about layoffs or furloughs. Obvious I need counseling if I am sitting here worried on Xmas eve.. but I need to provide for my family.

It is my first year in DXC and I was surprised to hear there is no 13th salary, no bonus, NOTHING for Christmas. It is the first company I worked for that has such policy, all my colleagues have bonuses every quarter (or at least twice a year), here - nothing. Is it some kind of one time miss due to the hard financial situation or company policy not to care for their employees?

Our store got holiday merchandise early around September and October, two days til Christmas and we barely have anything customers want in stock. We haven't had any replenishment since before Black Friday !

You know, I get they want to do something nice before the holiday but you know what I think everyone would have liked? It would have been nice if they said "Hey, you all can WFH on Wednesday. Final round layoffs to wrap up 2025

WRS had a huge Christmas party, they had raffles where apparently people won very expensive prizes. They also get free lunch everyday and I’m pretty sure that they also constantly have giveaways and raffles at the office.

Onshore? We don’t even get a thank you for working our butts of everyday, our thank you will probably be a lay off in a few months after being treated like garbage. Good thing the US jobs market is doing so great right now.

The new leadership is horrendous and it is absolutely disgusting what has happened to this company.

Does that ever happen at this company since the leaders have no qualms about it? Or do we have to wait till January to kick off fresh 2026 waves to hit the target?

Layoffs happening around the organization. Merry Christmas, you are out of a job in the worst economy, but our CEOs bonuses are going to be ah-mazing.
