Received reputable information that a 3rd round and most likely more to follow is confirmed. At this point if you’re under Chris Lepre and haven’t received an NDA offer to be part of the long term retooling and full infrastructure and operations outsourcing you aren’t part of the plan you’re part of the discarded. Tough spot to be in to decide whether to jump now and miss a severance or ride it out but unfortunately your fate has already been determined. This place has become so entirely different and Sharps and his mishmash lead team from other failed businesses is to blame.

@w9 Sure, go ahead. I am fully expecting my whole team to be replaced by Accenture workers in India, so I am already planning to not even be here this time next year. And the jury is out on AI - those who dive in too early with both feet should exercise caution! Are the NDA's so people cannot discuss the oopsies that may come out of relying on AI too soon? :-) Imagine the outflows then!

If you had real inside information you would know Lepre doesn’t even own GTS anymore. That’s now under Trevor Daley.
Lepre owns the AI labs team and the development teams in FOI and DMS. They’ve both already started outsourcing to TCS (not Accenture) their non-core work.
@dq Yes, when their PR/Virtue Signalling "charity" events kick into gear for the holidays, I hope they remember the people they flushed earlier this year who still haven't found jobs in this horrible job market. At least hand out frozen turkeys and Stove Top to former associates!!
Can we get something to substantiate these claims? What "reputable information" was received? Everything being claimed has been speculated by myself and many others, but without proof its difficult to take meaningful action. The press doesn't care about hearsay.
@dp I have no idea about teams recently brought under CLP but I'd be worried if I was them. This guy has no love or loyalty or appreciation for anyone. What happened do your previous bosses? I hope as T Rowe goes into full Holiday virtue signal mode they remember the unemployed former associates.
Does the include the groups that were recently brought under him? FOI, EA, DMS etc.? Or is it the infra teams?
I have never heard anything about "NDAs", so if true, that is new, but the rest of this is really not new information. It is clear that they do not want many in-house tech staff. They want the entire tech workforce (as much as possible) with Accenture. This is what they did when at previous companies. Research it. I have been working on my exit since summer, and will continue to learn new skills and apply for jobs. Everyone should. This place has no heart and could give a d*mn about the Baltimore area or people in general. Yeah, you see people in Trusty sweatshirts handing out food for photo ops, but it is always minorities in the City. They do this for woke points and PR only.
