New staff who don’t know much about the job and the company…
Tenured associates with the role and company knowledge gone…

You hear some of the Sales people pitch it like can’t get rid of me as I know the client and the products? It’s a bit of a stretch right? Illusion of knowledge

They might as well close the Helpdesk, ServiceDesk, and Operations and replace with AI bots. They are basically human AI bots. If their data bank doesn't have an answer they can read, they cannot come up with solutions on their own. I have problems with my work computer, but who do I call? This slows me down as I have to try and troubleshoot things on my own and reboot a lot. I wish they would give us local admin on our machines.

I pray to God I am working somewhere else next year. I plan on transferring my 401k elsewhere when possible. There just seems to be mismanagement of funds going on as all of a sudden the company is "broke" - yet they post DEI jobs. Maybe the DEI coordinators they still hire Americans for can do the work?
