What are your thoughts about potential Ameriprise Financial layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

Lots of talk about growth and what we all must do for the shareholders. Nothing specific. First question for JC was about DEI. Really?! How about asking why all jobs are moving to India

Do you know there is a plan to grow headcount, how many employees currently work here? How about the HQ at Minneapolis?

Anyone knows more about what will happen in 2018 and any plans on layoffs?

If you really want to know about layoffs just ask your boss - you'll get a 'no clue answer' and he'll black list you, at least here in Minneapolis.

Do not be concerned, things will play out good this year. But layoffs might be happening in Q1 here in Minneapolis.
