I like many others in this forum was terminated from Pearson this week. Anyone considering joining Pearson should stay away. It’s a sinking ship!

How many people got an email this week about the restructuring of the titling system…. And how many were a demotion? My guess is all of them.

My role was eliminated in Cybersecurity. Put in 9 years of hardwork to keep Pearson safe. I have 7 different managers in 9 years because managers kept leaving. Saved the company from so many disasters. Sigh!

Why are so many reps in HE missing goal this year? A good organization has 70 to 80% hit goal. It appears HE will be below 50%! Is it poor performance by the reps? I'm new here, just trying to make sense of all this.
