All areas in Optum insight are impacted, each team is looking at a 10-20% reduction. 10/30 is the date, but due to the number of people, may have to do it in waves.

Can anyone share the timing on when merit and RRP funding is decided and when funding levels get communicated down the chain of command? Or maybe there will be no communication because there won't be any funding this year?

All software and IT teams who are more contractually required to be US based will be required to be at 70 pct offshore. No rehired in US until achieved and R required otherwise.

Got a very angry provider call stating they got an approval letter for a member with wrong information, like Dx Code, several kids spellings and wrong service dates. Asked manager who confirmed they started to send out AI letters upon approval.

There usednto be an actual chart and I can't see to find it to see by grade, and years of service whatbthe amount of weeks your would get. Does anyone know where it is?
