Thread regarding Optum layoffs

Morale is at an ATL

All time low. I’d say I hope senior leaders see this. But I also suspect it’s by design. Low morale = high attrition

Right. No severance if you quit.

You know it’s bad when employees trash talk the company on official Viva Engage posts.

There seems to be this assumption that leadership is steering the ship purposefully into an iceberg. I have a feeling sometimes that this is a ship with no one at the helm and everyone is assuming steering was someone else's job? Prove me wrong LOL

@aw I've been doing my part, so have many others I know.

The only reason the scores aren't rock bottom is because offshore rates everything positively even when they feel things are awful.

Thats the point. They want you to quit instead of laying you off

For real! So low. We all need to be SUPER harsh on our next employee survey. They hate when the employee survey tanks.

Leadership has cut too much to maintain sh-t and is showing no signs of stopping. They've lost an insane amount of talent, disrupted every possible team they could, replaced people with ineffective offshore employees.

But they'll never have to answer for it. They'll ruin this company, people's lives, and advertise it as cost savings for the next company these vultures bounce to before the issues manifest publicly.
