Any news for the departments under clinical performance/excellence? Most of this work relates more with cost avoidance vs direct income.

Expect impacts
Member experience, provider experience, quality - they aren’t exactly driving revenue, now are they? That said, there are some long term survivors there (who aren’t above throwing their staff members under the bus, but hey, it’s Optum!).
If the clinical staff seeing patients are being reduced, I would imagine those departments will be next.
