I thoroughly expect less than half of the usual bonus and no more than a 1% bump in salary. It will be yet another year of losing ground to inflation.

That is crazy there treating people under 26 like we don’t deserve a bonus for working out A-S off
We have no idea yet what the funding is. Comp Planner isn’t open for another week and a half or so. Folks will have a better idea of salary and RRP once managers get access to enter for their employees.
Not if you're a 26 or below. If your higher grade then most likely the way it's always been.
