Laid off (was not eligible to volunteer for VSP but received it). I have an offer to stay, but it’s a lower band. Base pay will drop from $114 to $79k. Stay or take VSP and walk? Payout is 57 weeks.

About 20 years ago I received a RIF lump sum. I had 28 years and received lump sum of $400K along with 3 months pay with Medical insurance for life. Curious is this what is given out now. Thank you for your replies.

Anyone who took the last VSP file for unemployment and did you get approved ? I’ve heard from a few follow employees they were granted unemployment with the VSP.

Do we sign our VSP paperwork ( Contract ) online or is that done thru the mail. I would think it would be online.
