Now that the ranking lists have been submitted to HR and Legal, is there clarity on when VPs, AVPs, and SDs will receive confirmation of the impacted employees? Or is it simply understood that those identified as low performers will be RIFed?

low performer are long ago gone , 200K down to 95K....
B5's will be informed this Friday.
Your upper management at least most likely already knows who will be rif’d since notifications are likely happening next week and due to the expected expansive scope of the rifs, there is no way that this would be limited to “low performers”
