Regarding Ronita, I’m hearing that Finance leadership is actually calling band 6 employees to confirm it’s true.

Will any Sr Directors please comment on impacts at their level or what to expect next for band 6 and down?

IMO she should be kept. I have seen her in action and she gets things done. Where she probably didn't excel is Leading the entire finance organization. If you watch football its like Josh Mcdaniels, Brian Daboll type of leaders who are good at focusing on a certain part of the game and not the entire vision.
Hope she stays. Who else would be there to set budget transfer threshold rules and then not follow them? The amount of staff, time and money spent on budget transfers for even just one headcount has been a great use of time. While the completion focuses on a winning strategy, vz finance focuses on budget transfers. Let’s keep the momentum going!

Yeah she’s gone but no one knows how the rest of finance will fare. Robyn and her whole downstream is gone too.
