Dear Mr head of wealth, it’s now been 5 months. What in the actual f are you even doing? Why make an announcement with a timeframe of knowing more just to retract yourself like a turtle? It’s amazing the type of leadership we have here and it’s very apparent that these leaders literally don’t do anything.

Were or will they be affected?
Does anyone know something?

Why has eip not been updated any for 2026? Is eip bonus going away?

Several managers have been resigning at the EFK site over the past few weeks. What do they know that the rest of us don't know?

Have the layoffs even been mentioned to those who were not affected ?

Question for those with visibility into the Oracle layoffs:

Given the scale of the reductions, why does it appear that very few M5s were impacted and almost no M6s or M7s were affected? The distribution across levels seems disproportionate.

Is that perception accurate, and if so, what explains it?

again during the night another 1k dropped on slack , maybe its late accounts disabling , about 13k + since the last week .

I just joined at a Randstad/Cella consultant just a week ago and was told yesterday that they will be cutting some of their staff. Is there any truth to this? I wasn't sure if this is normal or not but I just got here.

Just wondering if they are finished with the laid offs? I haven’t heard anything in my work area for the last few days. Thanks.

It does seem like, on average, older more experienced people were laid off. Anyone else notice this? Our group is half gone, and it's ALL the older folks - I'm not talking really old, just over 40.

Every layoff round seems to disproportionately affect older employees. Is the same true for this one?

It’s heartbreaking. Do they even stop to think about how many lives they’ve turned upside down with this?

What happened to this place? We used to collaborate, now it’s every team for itself. No one shares anything, everyone hoards information like it gives them an edge. Do people actually think that’s going to protect them or get them ahead? Is this seriously where we are now?

A second wave of layoffs today start this afternoon! After the processing completed this morning, they have prepared another 10k to be let go this afternoon folks! Brace yourselves. I’m sorry if you are impacted.

I got mine today. Till now I don't know anything about the rest of my team/my org. Not sure how hard it is hit.

People saying ORX isn’t affected but more than 25 pharmacists were laid off. It’s unsettling.

There is nothing that can be done now. The one thing that bothers me to no end at all these extensions recently. We, as the people who will be represented by the contract, never see what the union(s) even asked for to start negotiations. Was there any give and take? Or, did they just be-doverand take what the company gave? This should be information supplied to all members, all locals.

Why does leadership expect us to be in the office if there’s never enough seating?

Why do people reserve seats everyday and never show up?

Why are we even allowed to reserve seats in the first place for weeks out??

I've got the general tab up right now and watching the literally freak out. The number is slowly dropping - it was in the 165K range, and then slowly went to 164K and now 163K. I'm assuming they've clicked a button and people are losing access.

Looks like Truist Financial Corporation is gonna get scooped up by Citigroup later this year. Bill and the execs will ride off into the sunset laughing their tails off at us with a massive windfall. The rest of us? We’ll be lucky just to hang onto our jobs. Massive layoffs feel inevitable. And yeah, from what I’ve heard, the employee culture at Citi su-ks ba--s.

I just had a candid conversation with band 5 director offline. They said no on-shore hiring at all, first look for HIH if you can't find there, then contract one of the vendors. Some of the vendors already moved to fixed bid and to provide unlimited resources, i.e. whether you get 5 contractors or 10, the pay will be set once, fixed. The goal is not 70 HIH and 30 On shore, it's way less, only select managers will be around supervising HIH - When are we going to stop this? do we even have a government that cares about American workers anymore.
