I heard Billing, Collections and CS was hit this morning. Anyone know of any other depts that got hit? Everyone in the US is being hit.

They give half-baked answers, I don't feel like asking any. F the policy.

Dan stated that customers should have experience price increases without added value and that he was going to bring more value to current customers. I have not seen anything valuable added to my plan. Anyone else? Is that is plan for 2028?

How is HR or someone at the top think this is a good idea. Several highly tenured employees are being put on 30 plans who have never received warnings or prior poor ratings. Heads up, everyone.
Dell has switched to a new survey vendor this year and there are serious concerns you should know about before you participate.

First, the survey is not truly anonymous. This vendor has the ability to access individual responses and trace them back.
Second, they can manipulate the overall results to make company sentiment look better than it actually is. So your honesty could put you at risk, and still not even count.

If you were planning to give critical, candid feedback; the safest thing you can do this year is sit this one out.

A few things to keep in mind:
— Participation is voluntary. No one can force you.
— If your manager pressures you or coaches your answers, document it.
— Ask HR who the vendor is and what their data privacy policy says. Vague answers are a red flag.
— Spread the word to colleagues who may not know.
Real feedback deserves real protection. This year’s survey may not offer that.

We’re eliminating a lot of people. The round of layoffs like always are getting swept under the rug. We’re just expected to keep our heads down and focus on generating more revenue.

No need to worry about desks being filled to capacity next week with schools out this week. The next few weeks of Tuesdays will take care of that. Heard it’s already happening.

A lot of managers in STS pushing all team members irrespective of their roles to showcase AI Agents and other AI stuff they have created and are using. A lot of boot-camps happening as well. Are they planning to cut roles soon?

My manager cancelled our last two one on ones with no reason. Today I realized my manager cancelled the entire series. With the impending layoffs, should I be concerned I’m on the list?

I have been here close to 5 years but I feel like my team is on the chopping block and being automated. Some People are getting moved to other teams and red badges let go.
I think eventually blue badges will be let go a couple at a time. Does anyone know if severance is provided for small cuts like one or two people or is severance only for the big LR's that get anounced for a large percent??
