Don’t give to UW through work (give on your own if you can still afford to do so). Billy can make up for the difference.

Don’t volunteer for Grow Up Great (go help your local school on your own). Billy can take his limo to the schools and make up for the loss in hours.

Don’t attend EBRGs until flexibility is restored. The firm uses EBRGs as evidence of engagement. Continue to support each other, but do it on your own.

Don’t let PNC (Pune - Chennai - New Delhi) take any credit for your community involvement. Let those new employees in our overseas hubs, who are quietly replacing us, step up and show their community support. I have no spite toward the individuals overseas, but since Billy has made the decision to layoff his U.S. based workforce and hire overseas, there is no way I am letting him take credit for my support of UW, Grow up Great, or involvement in EBRGs.

Tomorrow is May Day and it is national no work, no school, no buying day to stick it to the big corporations. I'm not working or buying anything on May Day. Let's see how it impacts the big companies.

It’s time to unionize, boycott and fight back against the parasite class that are stealing our wages and replacing the workforce with AI. The middle class is all but dead. Would a boycott of Apple actually happen, or are folks too enamored with their gadgets to care? Is Apple a progressive company, or just a capitalist company? I was planning on upgrading a number of devices this year, but this made me think.

Look at the counts of views on today's posts here. Over 13,000 alone in one of them. A large percentage of the employees come here for info now, where the company can't control it. Boycott his next town hall to show him how little you care about his BS speeches. He doesn't care about you. The company doesn't care about you. If they want a disengaged workforce, give them a disengaged workforce.

Send a message. Do not attend. We have made clear what has to change and they have no intention of doing it. Do not give them any more of your valuable time to gaslight you into thinking everything is great. The only healthy way to handle an abusive partner is to go no-contact. Expressing your misery only makes them feel powerful.

This company needs to be blacklisted as soon as possible before it can destroy even more lives by throwing them out silently and sobotaging their careers. They destroyed lives of more than 7000 freshers by not giving call letters or throwing them out on the basis of cost optimisation. When asked the CEO casually says that engineers are useless in our country.
