@br Yeah, but the layoff was needed.... Target HQ got complacent. It's ultimately a leadership failure and it su-ks many of us got f**ked over. Ironically the people who can't seem to understand the issues are still at the helm. Maybe someday they will stop huffing each others farts.
the investors and anyone with a brain knows TGT should have gotten an external CEO to right the ship
Fiddelke is a dork who they're desperately trying to make seem like a normal guy. He showed who he really is right away with a soulless mass layoff that he claims was not about cost savings.

Agreed these are terrible pics. If they were serious about step change vs cutting costs they should have just gone outside company.
Cephas will continue to rise with the company but he's been an SVP for less than 2 years. Not typically the next move to CEO
The whole rollout and handling did not inspire any kind of confidence. It was an end to end fail.
Why Ashley Petzold? I don't know much about Cephas but stores seems like a mess so that's hard to imagine
