Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Let’s make a statement!

Since upper management is not listening… not sure if they will. We as a collective should make a statement. Next town hall with GK we should not attend. Does anyone think that would make a statement?!?? Just wondering what we can do…

You need thousands of employees to upvote a serious question for them to turn a head.

Here’s an idea. Get a new job somewhere else. This is literally not required to work here and pretty easy to not.

As someone else mentioned there are tens of thousands on those calls and this site has maybe a couple thousand usb employees - half the people looking here aren't even employees based on the responses I read. We'd barely make a dent.

If you want to make it known, go give them 1 star and poor reviews on job sites. You have to go after their external image, not internal.

@am Good luck. They delete all of the important questions. Skip the sh-t show.

Attending and asking no questions or tough questions would speak volumes. The yes people will attend regardless and will rave about book recommendations and GK will read those questions and ignore valid questions about changes in RTO requirements. Why even bother asking?

I no longer attend and never will until they are all fired for being unethical and abusive. I can already see what they do to their kids and partners if this is how they treat us. I don’t support bullies.
