Thread regarding Optum layoffs

Don't do your EXI!

We all know they aren't anonymous.
NOT doing them hurts mgmt more than doing them and giving negative reviews.
NOT doing them en masses makes a bigger dent than doing them and complaining.

If it truly hurts management, which has not been my experience, why would I want to negatively impact my own manager? I really like her and my team. Ive always shared brutally honest feedback and 20 yrs later im still kicking around. I have directs and some flat out do not do the survey. I could care less and its never been an issue for me as a leader. Answer it, dont answer it, i doubt it makes much of a difference.

Nothing bothers them more than lack of participation.

If Manager has less folks under them they can figure it out easily.

This is true. I gave bad reviews for the first time and guess who got laid off :)

There’s a rumor that negative results will affect bonuses. But my guess is that Optum isn’t looking to pay them anyway.

I don't know - I get this giddy little chuckle whenever I think about SD reading that I called him a "connoisseur of lead paint chips."
